Witness Ratt's fitness journey through his eyes as he slowly improves and learns that the gym is not the scary place he once thought. Perhaps you, the player, can grow alongside him?

SHREDDED: A Short Story's goal is to encourage those who want to pursue endeavours, but are too embarrassed and are scared of being judged by others.
Ratt's story can hopefully show the player that all attempts of self-improvement are not lame, but rather, awesome!

If possible, tell us more of Jogging Rat's story, tell us his real name, his background.
